1. Travel Consultant

Location: Calicut & Kochi, Kerala

We are looking for energetic Travel Consultants to attend a large amount of inbound customer enquiries and convert them to successful check-ins. You will be required to attend customer calls and describe them about our properties and convert them to bookings. Also, you will be responsible for payment follow-ups and booking follow-ups. Your contribution will help enhance our sales and customer satisfaction.

Designation: Travel Consultant

Qualifications

  • Diploma, Graduates, Post Graduates 
  • 01-03 years of experience in the hospitality domain.
  • Excellent command over English and Malayalam

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls (Average 50 calls in a day)
  • Manage incoming service calls.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about our holiday homes
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

2. Sales Manager

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 04 years’ experience within a sales team environment as a Inbound/outbound Sales Team Manager (Preferably from travel / hospitality industry)
  • Experience within sales and business development.
  • Excellent leadership skills and team management experience
  • Strong coaching and people-development skills through call listening, quality feedback, etc.
  • Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
  • Energetic and motivating individual
  • Creative thinking
  • Excellent communication skills – English, Hindi and Malayalam.

Location: Calicut/Kochi

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the team, motivating and managing them
  • Keeping up to date with business development and new product lines
  • Expand our business; create tie-ups with companies, clubs and travel agents.
  • Contracting – Closely work with Director to empanel new holiday homes to our network.
  • Escalations management.
  • Manage day-to-day sales, prioritise and make risk/impact assessments within existing processes and procedures towards achieving SLAs and team targets
  • Ensure training and development plans are maintained for all team members
  • Use company methodology, team input and own initiative to ensure attendance and retention targets are achieved
  • Manage the fair and consistent application of performance management and disciplinary measures as necessary
  • Lead and inspire a team of Travel Consultants to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Head of Sales to deliver business targets and objectives and create a performance orientated culture
  • Keep up to date with any industry changes affecting the business and relaying this knowledge back to the team
  • Work with the management team to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies
  • Deliver the allocated part of the operation within agreed budgets, service levels and sales targets
  • Escalate any appropriate problems to senior management.
  • Build, recruit and manage a strong team of Travel Consultant’s. Team Manager will be responsible for productivity, quality and performance of our Sales Team.
  • Manage and motivate inbound sales team to perform an extra mile. Ensure all agents achieve their monthly targets.
  • Supervision of team including pushing sales, shift management, leave planning and targets
3. Sales Executive

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Qualification 

  • 2-4 years of experience within the travel industry. 
  • Experience in Onboarding, Supply Management, and Business Development 
  • Strong communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi. 

Responsibilities 

  • Handle incoming service calls with a courteous and professional approach. 
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to deliver tailored solutions and achieve complete satisfaction. 
  • Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. 
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. 
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the team to drive performance and meet sales goals. 
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. 
  • Coordinate offline sales and corporate sales. 
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the agency's reach. 
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of services. 
  • Foster relationships with existing clients and cultivate new client relationships. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies 
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all aspects of the travel company. 
  • Streamline processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency. 
  • Maximize profitability through cost-effective operations and revenue optimization.

4. Front Office Executive

Location: Munnar/Ooty/Wayanad

Qualifications

  • Diploma, Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate check-ins, ensuring guests are welcomed warmly and oriented to the property.
  • Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process all guest check-ins efficiently and verify guest details.
  • Collect identity proofs and balance payment before check-in.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Maintain proper records of confirmed bookings/walk-ins.
  • Walk-in Guest Enhancement and Sales Associations.
  • Maintain accuracy when handling financial transactions.
  • Collaborate closely with our operations team to oversee cleaning, maintenance, and property readiness.
