VOYE HOMES is a branded holiday home network, completely owned and operated by voye.in Travel Automations India Private Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act - 2013, with a registered office at Room No. I - 4, First Floor, Neospace II (SDF), Kinfra Techno Industrial Park, Kakkencheri, Kerala – 673635. 

 

BASIC TERMINOLOGY

VOYE.IN TRAVEL AUTOMATIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED ("VOYE HOMES") is a company that provides villas, bungalows, farmhouses, homestays, service apartments, and/or their individual rooms to guests, primarily for residential purposes, under the brand name "VOYE HOMES". The following Terms and Conditions are applicable to all guests or customers who make bookings for any of the properties (defined below) or their individual rooms through our website, third-party websites or applications, or through any travel agents, third parties, advertisements, referrals, etc. (collectively referred to as "Booking Channels"). 

All guests should ensure to read and understand all the Terms and Conditions stated on our website before using this website and making a booking through any of the Booking Channels. These Terms and Conditions shall be applicable to guests making a booking through any of the Booking Channels. If you do not agree to any of these Terms and Conditions of Use, please refrain from using this website/Booking Channels and do not make a Booking for any of the Properties. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change, and VOYE HOMES may revise them, as well as any other information contained in this website and/or any Booking Channel, at any time without prior notice to you or any guest, by updating these Terms and Conditions. 

Please note that the restated Terms and Conditions shall be effective immediately upon posting. VOYE HOMES may also make improvements or changes to the services provided by it, as described on this website/Booking Channels, at any time without notice. Therefore, you are advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates to these Terms and Conditions. If the changes are not agreeable to you, you must stop using the website. Your continued use of this website will imply your acceptance of the revised terms. 

For the purpose of online as well as offline bookings made through our platform, the terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the following meanings: 

(a) "Property/Properties" shall mean and include villas, bungalows, farmhouses, homestays, service apartments, and/or their individual rooms available for booking on any of the Booking Channels. 

(b) "Guest/Guests" refers to any individuals, companies, or other entities who express interest in making a booking in respect of any of the Properties through any Booking Channels. Guests may be referred to as "you" or "your" in the given context. 

(c) "Booking" means a reservation made by any Guest in respect of any of the Properties for the purpose of stay. 

(d) "Check-In" is the scheduled date and time on or before which the Guests shall be liable to comply with all the check-in formalities as required by VOYE HOMES, and after completion of such formalities, the Guest shall be entitled to start using the concerned property. 

(e) "Check-Out" is the scheduled date and time on which the Guest will have to vacate the concerned Property after completion of all the check-out formalities as required by VOYE HOMES. 

(g) "Booking Amount" shall mean the total amount payable by the Guest to VOYE HOMES for confirmation of the Booking through the registered mode of payment, as may be intimated by VOYE HOMES to the Guest. 

(i) "Advance" is the non-refundable amount required to be deposited by Guests with VOYE HOMES as a deposit for putting a Booking on Hold (as stated hereinbelow) in respect of a property. 

 

PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT

The customer's use of our holiday homes, lodging units, services, and website is governed by the following terms and conditions, including the applicable policies, which are incorporated herein by reference. This constitutes a valid agreement between you and VOYE HOMES.

  1. To confirm your booking, you should pay at least 50% of the booking cost, and the balance amount should be paid before check-in, using either your credit/debit card, net banking, or cash, if preferred.
  2. Online check-in formalities and outstanding payments should be completed before check-in. Guests are not permitted to check-in if these are pending. Please complete these prior to your travel, as most of our properties do not have adequate (4G) internet connectivity.
  3. Anything not mentioned in the inclusions should be treated as exclusions.
  4. Exceptional needs such as candlelight dinner, barbecue, wheelchairs for disabled guests, baby chairs, carriages, and baby foods require advanced notification and are subject to availability.
  5. Check-in and checkout time depend on the property, so please read the "Terms & Conditions" tab for the respective property before booking. Any changes should be informed to us in advance. Early check-in and late checkout options are available depending on availability, and additional charges may apply.
  6. Campfire/music availability is subject to weather conditions, government orders, wildlife movements, permission changes, or any other unforeseen reasons.
  7. We respect guests' food preferences, so please inform us in advance about your food preferences. We will try our best to arrange it (though it is not guaranteed).
  8. For shared accommodation, we provide only extra floor mattresses.
  9. No credit or refund for early checkout and unattended meals or activities included in the itinerary.
  10. If any damage is caused by the guest to the property, the guest is obliged to bear the cost.
  11. We pledge to ensure the fair conduct of the services, unless any force majeure situation arises and we are unable to meet the demands as described. If enough prior warning about the hazard is available, we will try our best to avail user with refunds or similar measures like alternative services.
  12. We reserve the right to use the media files shared with us for any appropriate mediums such as website, social media and numerous other channels.
  13. We permits unmarried adult couples with local ID proof in certain properties.  Please confirm us before booking.
  14. voye homes may at our own discretion require guest(s) to leave our property if guest(s) or any fellow companions conduct is considered to be offensive or to cause annoyance. we shall have no liability for the carriage of such guest(s) and no full or partial refund will be granted in such cases.
  15. Voye.in and/or its directors, employees, caretakers, or property owners shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodations, transportation, or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any act of God, dangers, animals, fire, accidents, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, medical or government regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
  16. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, rave parties, psytrance parties, unusual loud music, dangerous animals, and any misbehavior towards other guests/staff are strictly prohibited on villa/resort premises. We shall have no liability for the carriage of such guest(s), and no full or partial refund will be granted in such cases. Additionally, in case any illegal activity is detected inside the property premises by our guests or their companions, we have all rights to inform the relevant authority within a reasonable period of time as applicable under the law.
  17. Indemnity Form: All guests are requested to fill and submit our Indemnity Form at the time of check-in. All required details and material facts should be disclosed and accurately updated in our Indemnity Form. We will not permit any check-ins without completing our Indemnity Form.
  18. Balance Payments: All guests are requested to pay 100% of the booking amount prior to check-in. We will not permit any check-ins if there is any payment due. 
  19. ID Proofs: All guests are requested to submit government-issued ID proofs such as Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport for each guest at the time of check-in. We will not permit any check-ins if you do not submit ID proofs for all guests.
  20. Pricing: The tariffs mentioned by VOYE HOMES Channels are non-negotiable and subject to change without prior notice. All rates mentioned by the VOYE HOMES Booking Channels are per room, entire property, and/or multiple rooms basis. The tariff for the properties may or may not include applicable taxes (if any), depending on the type of property. It is possible that the tariffs mentioned on any online booking channels may be inaccurate due to a technical glitch. In the event that such a technical glitch error occurs, which is beyond the control of VOYE HOMES, VOYE HOMES reserves the right to correct the same, and the incorrect and erroneous tariff will not be enforceable against VOYE HOMES.
  21. Booking Confirmation: Guests shall understand and agree that making payment of the Advance and/or Security Deposit (depending on case to case basis as decided by VOYE HOMES) or Booking Confirmation shall clearly construe and mean that Guests have read and unconditionally accepted all the details of the Booking and abide by them.

    The issuance of the Booking Confirmation does not ensure that Booking is confirmed.

    It is clarified that VOYE HOMES shall not be liable to serve a Booking unless the entire Booking Amount is paid by the Guest/Guests to VOYE HOMES through the registered mode of payment intimated by VOYE HOMES to the Guest/ Guests even though the Booking Confirmation may have been sent to the Guest. The Booking Confirmation shall stand canceled, withdrawn and null and void, if the entire Booking Amount is not received by VOYE HOMES by specified due dates.

    In the event that a booking is made through third-party websites or third party applications or through any travel agents/third parties/ advertisements/ referrals, the Guest/Guests should confirm the Booking with us. VOYE HOMES shall not be liable to serve a Booking unless the entire Booking Amount is received by VOYE HOMES through the registered mode of payment, even though the Booking Confirmation may have been sent to the Guest by such third party websites or third party applications or through any travel agents/third parties/ advertisements/ referrals and/or VOYE HOMES. Furthermore, in the event that a booking is made through third-party websites or third party applications or through any travel agents/third parties/ advertisements/ referrals, the terms and conditions of such third party shall also be applicable to the Guest/Guest and the Booking, in addition to the terms and conditions laid down by us in respect to the Booking.  If any term/condition of such third party is inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions outlined herein or as communicated to the guest/guests by VOYE HOMES, the Terms and Conditions of VOYE HOMES shall prevail.

  22. Booking on Hold: Upon receipt of the amounts towards Advance & Security Deposit, VOYE HOMES shall put the Booking in “Booking on Hold” status. The Booking will be served by VOYE HOMES only upon receipt of the entire Booking Amount through the registered mode of payment, intimated by VOYE HOMES to the Guest/ Guests. If the entire Booking Amount is not received by VOYE HOMES by the specified due date and through the registered mode of payment intimated by VOYE HOMES to the Guest/ Guests, VOYE HOMES shall not be liable to serve the Booking.

  23. Check In Formalities:  Guests will not be allowed to check into the property before or at the time of check-in unless they comply with all the prescribed requirements. If the guests do not comply with the prescribed requirements, no refund of the Booking Amount/Deposit paid by the guests or any compensation of any nature or amount shall be claimable by the guests or payable by VOYE HOMES to the guests or anyone else.


    (a) Guests must provide Booking Confirmation issued by VOYE HOMES along with the proof/details of payment of the entire Booking Amount.
    (b) In compliance with government security regulations, every guest staying at the properties will be required to provide original government-issued photo IDs for verification, as well as a copy of the photo IDs, on or before check-in.
    (c)  Guests must enter the names, addresses, and other details of all guests, including children, in the Guest Register kept at the respective properties and/or maintained digitally.

    In case any guest has provided incorrect and false information at the time of Booking, VOYE HOMES shall be entitled to forthwith revoke Booking, and refuse entry to Property and if the Guests have already Checked-In, then they shall be evicted from the Property by any of the representatives of VOYE HOMES. In such cases the Deposits/ Booking Amount paid by the Guests shall not be refunded nor shall any compensation of any kind or nature be paid by VOYE HOMES to the Guest.

    At the time of Check In or during the stay, the total number of Guests along with visitors of the Guests must not exceed the number stated at the time of making the booking. VOYE HOMES may permit, at its sole discretion, additional persons to stay at the Property, at an additional cost. No additional persons will be allowed unless a written acceptance is issued by VOYE HOMES.

  24. The check-in time shall be as specified in the relevant Booking Confirmation. VOYE HOMES recommends and encourages guests not to arrive at the property before the stated check-in time, as it may be difficult to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in time. If guests arrive and enter the property before the check-in time mentioned in the Booking Confirmation, they may be charged an additional amount, as determined by VOYE HOMES.

  25. Check-out Time: If an alternate Check-Out time is approved by VOYE HOMES, it shall be clearly intimated in writing by VOYE HOMES. Guests must not occupy or stay at the property beyond the check-out time stated in the Booking Confirmation. If guests occupy the property after the stipulated check-out time, they may be charged an additional amount, as determined by VOYE HOMES.

  26. Payment Methods: The various registered modes of payment permitted by VOYE HOMES are as follows:

    26.1 Credit Card/Debit Card.

    Payments may be made using credit cards, debit cards or any other card including but not limited to Visa, MasterCard and RuPay  as mentioned in the Booking Channels from time to time. We don't accpet AMEX Cards. 

    26.2 Net banking.

    You may also avail your bank's internet banking services to make payments on this website. Any charge levied by banks or payment gateway is independent and have no connection with VOYE HOMES. VOYE HOMES shall have no liability in case of any charge levied by banks or payment gateways. If the payment of any amount due and payable by the guest/guests to VOYE HOMES is not made, VOYE HOMES shall not be entitled to confirm the booking.

    26.3 UPI Payments. 

    We accpet UPI Payments including but not limited to Googlepay, Paytm, Phonepay etc. However, VOYE HOMES shall have no liability on your UPI transactions to VOYE HOMES. We are not responsible for any payment failure happened in your UPI payments to VOYE HOMES.  VOYE HOMES shall not be entitled to confirm the booking if we do not receive your booking amount in our bank account when you pay using UPI payments. Customers are advised to share the Transfer Details to VOYE HOMES so as to ensure the booking amount can be confirmed.

    26.4 HDFC Bank QR Code.

    We accept booking  payments directly to our bank account using HDFC Bank QR Code. QR codes have made life simpler for customers. You can pay using your mobile phone by simply scanning the code. VOYE HOMES shall not be entitled to confirm the booking if we do not receive your booking amount in our bank account when you pay using the HDFC Bank QR Code. 

    26.5 Pay at Property - by cash

    We accept balance  payments by cash directly at property at the time of check-in. Customers are advised to share the Transfer Details to VOYE HOMES so as to ensure the booking amount can be confirmed.

  27. Financial Fraud: VOYE HOMES will not be liable for any credit/ debit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to prove otherwise will be exclusively on you.

  28. Pets:   Pets may or may not be allowed on the properties at the discretion of VOYE HOMES. Such information is updated on individual property listing pages. VOYE HOMES may, at its discretion, charge a non-refundable pet fee. If guests or their visitors bring pets to the property without prior written approval from VOYE HOMES, or if they bring pets other than those specifically approved, such pets will not be allowed to enter the property. If guests have already checked in, they may be evicted by VOYE HOMES from the property.

    When pets are allowed by VOYE HOMES, they must be kept on the property and should always be accompanied and controlled by guests. Guests will be solely responsible for ensuring that pets do not soil, spoil, or damage the property and/or the items/furniture therein. Guests shall also be responsible for ensuring that their pets do not create any nuisance for the neighbors or any other people around the property. 

  29. Any damage caused to the property by the pets, the pet owners are liable to reimburse the cost of the damage.

  30. Guest Issues: Guests must understand and agree that VOYE HOMES makes all reasonable efforts to provide and post realistic pictures of the property. In case the description or depiction of the property is materially inaccurate with respect to the size of the property as perceived by the guests, VOYE HOMES shall not be held responsible or liable.

    During the Booking, if the amenities like decks, pools, hot tubs, bathrooms (toilet/shower/bathtub), kitchen (sink/stove/refrigerator or major other appliances), and electrical, heating or air condition systems are not present as displayed in the pictures on our Booking Channels or are not functioning properly or if the Guests are not satisfied with cleanliness including but not limited to clean bedding, towels etc. or if the Guests come across issues related to insects, unpleasant odor, or any deficiency of services and amenities like electricity, gas, water, swimming pool, wifi, medical box, electronic appliances etc. at the Property, Guests shall bring the same to the notice of VOYE HOMES in writing or via telephone or whatsapp and provide us with information (including photographs or other evidence) about the same within 12hours from the Check In time. VOYE HOMES shall make its best efforts to resolve these issues but it shall not be held responsible or liable if the same are not resolved in due time. Guests understand that VOYE HOMES shall not in any way be liable to refund or compensate the Guests in case the issues are not resolved. The decision of VOYE HOMES in all such matters will be final.

    You understand and agree that any such issue must not have been directly or indirectly caused due to your action, omission or negligence.

    In case the property is occupied by other visitors at the check-in time of a particular guest, VOYE HOMES will make reasonable efforts to find and book another property for you that is reasonably comparable to the property described in your original booking in terms of size, rooms, features, and quality.

 

Foreigners

  1. Foreigners, except those from Nepal and Bhutan, traveling to India should obtain a valid passport and visa through their own efforts and always ensure the same. Along with the visa and passport, carry a copy of your e-ticket as sent by voye.in. Service providers may not allow users without the above credentials to travel.
  2. Listed below are certain essential do's and don'ts regarding the passport:


➢ Handwritten passports are not valid.
➢ Passports must have barcode;
➢ Passports should not be mutilated or tampered with.
➢ The name on the passport should match the name on other documents provided for the visa.

Right of refusal

VOYE HOMES reserves the right to refuse any booking made by the user/customer for any reason at its own discretion, and VOYE HOMES holds no responsibility to disclose the reasons. In such cases, we will provide a full refund.

 

Jurisdiction

voye.in hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction or country other than those where it is operating its offices. voye.in considers itself and intends to be subject to the jurisdiction only of the High court of Kochi, Kerala, India.

 

Complaints

"We do our best to provide our guests with a trouble-free vacation, but occasionally plans go wrong. If you have any complaints, please inform our caretaker immediately, who will do everything possible to resolve the matter promptly. If the situation is not resolved to your satisfaction, then you must notify our customer service executive at the earliest at +91 9745 430 660.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Guests are requested to read and understand the Cancellation, Refund, Relocation, Re-schedulement and other applicable policies updated on our website before booking our rooms. 

 

Policy Amendments

voye homes reserves the right to amend any and all our Terms and Conditions, Cancellations/Refund/Postponement, Privacy policies from time to time, without any notice. Therefore, you are advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates to these Terms and Conditions. If the changes are not agreeable to you, you must stop using the website.
