Security Deposits: A security deposit of AED 1000 is required for stays longer than 3 days, which will be refunded to the guest at the time of check-out.
Check-in/Check-out Times: Guests must adhere to the specified check-in and check-out times. Late check-outs may incur additional charges unless pre-arranged with the host
Noise and Behaviour: Guests are expected to maintain reasonable noise levels and respectful behaviour. Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour, especially after 10 PM, will not be permitted.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the premises unless explicitly stated and agreed upon prior to arrival. Unauthorized pets are not allowed at any circumstances.
Damage and Loss: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the property or its contents (including but not limited to keys, access cards, etc)during their stay. Any damages should be reported immediately, and costs for repairs or replacements will be charged accordingly. A charge of AED 700 will apply for any lost keys or access cards.
Use of Appliances and Utilities: Guests should use all appliances and utilities responsibly. Any misuse or damage resulting from improper use will be the guest's responsibility.
Cleaning and Trash Disposal: Guests are expected to keep the property reasonably clean and dispose of trash in the designated bins. Failure to follow cleaning protocols may result in additional cleaning fees.
Safety and Security: The host is not responsible for any loss, theft, or injury occurring during the stay. Guests should secure personal belongings and follow safety instructions provided.
Party and Event Policy: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed on the property unless previously arranged and approved by the host.
Air Conditioning and Heating: Guests should use air conditioning and heating systems responsibly. Leaving systems running while not in use or setting temperatures excessively low/high may result in extra charges.
Maintenance Issues: Any maintenance issues or malfunctions should be reported immediately. The host will address these issues as quickly as possible, but no refunds or discounts will be provided for inconveniences.
Local Laws and Regulations: Guests must adhere to all local laws and regulations, including those related to noise, alcohol consumption, and public behavior.
Parking Policy: Guests must use only designated parking areas. Unauthorized or improper parking may result in fines or towing at the guest’s expense. Ensure that any vehicle registration details are provided if required.
Kitchen Use: Guests should follow all safety guidelines when using the kitchen. Cleaning up after cooking and disposing of food waste properly is required. The host is not responsible for any injuries or damages related to kitchen use.
Laundry Facilities: Use of laundry facilities is allowed only as per the host's instructions. Guests must not overload machines or leave laundry unattended. Additional charges may apply for excessive use or damages.
Pool and Recreation Areas: If applicable, guests must adhere to the rules for using any pool, gym, or recreational facilities. Proper attire and behaviour are required. Children must be supervised at all times.
Guests and Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any visitors must be informed and approved by the host.
Energy Consumption: Excessive use of utilities such as electricity, water, or gas will be monitored. Guests may be charged for usage that significantly exceeds normal levels.
Furnishings and Decor: Guests must not rearrange or remove any furnishings or decorations in the property. Any changes to the setup or decor should be approved by the host.
