Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clear guidelines while maintaining a fair balance between flexibility for our guests and operational commitments. Guests are requested to read and understand the Cancellation, Refund, Relocation, Re-schedulement, and other applicable policies updated on our website before booking our rooms.
A convenience fee will be applied to all refunds processed by VOYE HOMES, primarily to cover platform and payment processing charges.
Guests may also choose to reschedule their confirmed bookings to a future date instead of cancelling and incurring cancellation charges, subject to the policies and availability outlined below.

I) If a customer wants to cancel a confirmed booking. ( Our standard cancellation policy does not apply to cancellations made during peak dates.)
If the customer desires to cancel the booking, the customer can cancel the booking at any time and shall inform us in writing/calling expressing the intent or conveying the instruction to cancel the booking. Even though we do not insist upon our customers to give us complete disclosure of the reason for cancellation, however, it will help us to improve our services and serve you better in the future.
The cancellation charges apply from the date we receive your cancellation request from you or your Travel Agent due for any reason. In order to cover our expected losses from the cancellation, there’s a set scale of charges which must be paid by you if you or anyone travelling with you cancels or you cancel any services or arrangements that form part of your booking with us. The charges are a percentage of the cost of the arrangements being cancelled.

In the event of a postponement or rescheduling, the tariff applicable at the time of the revised booking will apply. If there is any difference between the amount already paid and the revised tariff for the same or a different room category, the guest will be required to pay the applicable price difference.

5 Preponement Policy: Preponement of bookings may be considered on a case-by-case basis; however, it is not guaranteed under any circumstances and will be subject to availability and prevailing pricing at the time of the request. Please note that approval for preponement or rescheduling is not guaranteed, and the final decision will rest with the management of VOYE HOMES.
6. Booking Modification Policy : Postponement, preponement, or rescheduling of a booking is permitted only within the date window specified in the cancellation policy. Such modifications are allowed only once per booking, and a booking cannot be postponed, preponed, or rescheduled more than one time under any circumstances.
7. All modification requests as per date window specified in the cancellation policy will be subject to availability and the prevailing pricing at the time of the request. Please note that approval for postponement, preponement, or rescheduling is not guaranteed, and the final decision will rest with the management of VOYE HOMES.
In the event of a genuine emergency, such as a medical emergency involving the guest or their immediate family members (father, mother, spouse, children, or grandparents). requests for a postponement or issuance of a credit note may be considered as a courtesy. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the sole discretion of the VOYE HOMES management. Guests may be required to submit valid supporting documents to substantiate the request.
9.1 Please note that approval is not guaranteed under any circumstances, and the final decision will rest with the management of VOYE HOMES.
9.2 Emergency Consideration Policy (Last-Minute Cancellation Within 3 Days of Check-in) is not applicable during the peak dates specified in the above Peak Season Calendar.
10. If the customer collects information from our website and book services outside our website / mobile app, or any other offline methods, Voye Homes shall not be responsible for any loss, fraud, or concerns in terms of services, price, and quality. However, Voye Homes is not obligated for the same and cannot be held liable against it.
11. Voye Homes shall not be responsible for any loss or concerns in connection with the late departure of the vehicle, poor road conditions, roadblocks, accidents, vehicle delays, any unforeseen incidents which are not in our hands, and no enforcement for refund will be granted or considered.
12. If the customer does not wish to check in after reaching the property because of any reason, no enforcement for full o partial refund will be granted or considered.
13. If the customer wishes to cancel the booking on the same day of check-in due to any reason like (not limited to) resulting - directly/indirectly from any act of God, dangers, animal(s), fire, accidents, breakdown in machinery or vehicle /transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, medical emergencies, death in the family, epidemics, pandemics, government regulations, road blocks or poor road conditions default or any other causes beyond our control, no enforcement for full / partial refund will be granted or considered.
14. In case of all booking cancellations and refunds, the convenience fee is non-refundable, since it is a direct charge for payment gateway services and not retained by VOYE HOMES.
15. Cancellation by VOYE HOMES
We strive to make your holiday dreams come true, but there may arise unfortunate circumstances, where we will be compelled to cancel a confirmed booking, considering the safety and general well-being of our customers.
100% Refund in Case of Cancellation by VOYE HOMES. Please note that NO convenience fee will be applied if the booking cancelled by VOYE HOMES due to any of the following reasons:
Labour unrest
Insolvency or business exigencies
Operational constraints
Technical errors in our systems or software
Property maintenance requirements
Licensing or regulatory permission issues
Termination of Contract with Property.
15. 1 In the event that VOYE HOMES cancels a booking due to operational constraints or any of the reasons stated above, a full refund of the booking amount collected from the guest will be processed.
15.2 Please note that VOYE HOMES’ liability is strictly limited to the amount collected for the booking, and any applicable convenience fees will be deducted while processing the refund
16. Any incidental expenses or cancellation charges related to other bookings, such as flight tickets, train tickets, transportation costs, visa fees, or optional tours, will be subject to the cancellation policies of the respective service providers. VOYE HOMES will not be responsible for covering these losses or any inconvenience caused. Such decisions are made with the safety and well-being of our guests as the utmost priority.
Below are some of the situations under which cancellations may occur from our end, the guest’s end, or due to force majeure / acts of God. Please note that the examples listed are indicative and not exhaustive. Refund requests arising from circumstances beyond our control will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the situation. Refunds are not guaranteed in all such cases, and no claim for refund can be enforced.
In the event that a refund is approved as a special exception, VOYE HOMES reserves the right to deduct a convenience fee while processing the refund.
Below are some of the grounds where we might be forced to make such cancellations from our end or customer's end or act of GOD, Please note that this list is only indicative. Refund requests for booking due to circumstances beyond our control will be refundable depending upon the situation and no enforcement for refund will be granted or considered in all cases. This is subject to case by case and We will deduct a Convinience Fee if we process refund on special approved cases.
Adverse climatic conditions or natural disasters affecting the destination
Terrorism-related incidents or mandatory evacuations at the destination
Government orders, regulations, travel restrictions, e-pass requirements, or other regulatory mandates
Wildlife movement alerts or changes in local authority permissions
Pandemics, epidemics, or civil disturbances
Strikes, wars, or other unforeseen disruptions
18. When we refer to circumstances Beyond Our Control we mean any situation beyond our control and the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken. Such circumstances will usually include but are not limited to, war, threat of war, airport closures, airspace closures, epidemic, significant risks to human health such as the outbreak of a serious disease, natural disasters, civil unrest, industrial dispute or strikes, road blocks, earthquakes, landslides, heavy rain, wildlife movements/attacks, government orders, permission changes, bad weather (actual or threatened), machinery breakdowns, etc.
Eligible customers can reschedule/postpone their confirmed bookings to a future date rather than cancelling and paying cancellation charges and if you wish to select an alternate available date.
19.1 Rescheduling of booking date (Postponement / Preponement) is allowed only once. Once postponed /preponed there is no further change or cancellation and neither any credits.
19.2 The validity of full Credit Note is 3 months from the date of rescheduling (Postponement / Preponement).
Credit notes are non-transferable.
Credit notes cannot be partially utilized.
No refund will be issued against a credit note.
Credit notes are linked to the guest’s name and registered phone number.
Credit notes cannot be used for meals or additional services.
VOYE HOMES strictly follows a No Refund policy for No-Show bookings.
A No-Show refers to a situation where the guest fails to arrive at the property on the scheduled check-in date without prior intimation or cancellation, or does not check in within the permitted check-in time on the day of arrival. In such cases, the entire booking amount will be forfeited, and no refund, credit note, postponement, or rescheduling will be permitted under any circumstances.
Relocation or interchanging (to another Property of VOYE HOMES) is not permitted, once a booking is confirmed under any circumstances. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the sole discretion of the VOYE HOMES management.
24.1 A convenience fee will be charged on all booking transactions processed through our online payment gateway. This fee is applied to cover charges levied by the payment gateway provider for secure payment processing and transaction handling.
24.2 The applicable convenience fee will be displayed to customers at the time of payment, separate from the booking amount.
24.3 By completing a booking through our online payment system, customers acknowledge and agree to the application of this convenience fee.
In the event of any discrepancies, the decision of VOYE HOMES shall be final and binding. VOYE HOMES reserves the right to modify its cancellation and refund policies at any time without prior notice.
Due to the ongoing international war conflict between the United States and Iran, several international flights are being delayed or cancelled. We understand that some of our guests may be unable to travel and check in as planned. As communicated , we have announced a 100% refund policy for guests whose flights are delayed or cancelled due to the ongoing international war conflict.
Please note the policy is strictly applicable under the following conditions:
The guest must have booked accommodation with VOYE HOMES and paid either an advance or the full booking amount.
The refund applies only if the guest’s flight is delayed or cancelled due to the international war conflict, and as a result, they are unable to check in on the scheduled date.
This policy is applicable strictly for flight delays or cancellations. It does not apply to guests who voluntarily cancel or change their travel plans due to concerns related to the war conflict.
The guest must provide official confirmation from the airline stating that the specific flight they booked was delayed or cancelled due to the war conflict. Additionally, the passenger name mentioned on the airline ticket must match the name on our booking voucher.
If the guest changes travel plans on their own, refunds will be processed strictly as per our standard cancellation policy.
Date change, postponement, rescheduling, or rebooking options will be permitted only if the flight has been officially delayed or cancelled due to the international conflict. In such cases, the guest must provide official confirmation from the airline stating that the specific flight they booked was delayed or cancelled due to the conflict.
